• Anatomy, biomechanics and importance of the temporo-mandibular joint; its key role as the conjunction in the horse’s body of the parietal, visceral and cranio-sacral systems; its interference with the digestive tract, the hormonal system, the neurovegetative system, the posture and positioning of the hind and front limbs and the influence on the hooves.

What will I learn?

You will learn the structural and functional anatomy and the biomechanics of the TMJ. You will learn its importance within the parietal, visceral and cranio-sacral systems. You will be taught how to examine, interpret and normalize the TMJ by using the TMJ examination tool.
